Christie Pettit is a licensed Professional Counselor who works out of an office at the Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church.  Christie grew up in Houston, Texas and then attended the University of Virginia where she majored in Psychology and Religious Studies.  Christie received her Masters in Theological Studies from Emory University and was then trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Richmont University.  Christie has extensive training in the integration of psychology and theology and enjoys faith-based counseling work.  Christie is also the author of a children's book, I Create, as well as Empty: A Story of Anorexia, a book for teens. 

Christie lives in Atlanta with her husband and their three children.
